The Teach on Mars Summer University is the annual meeting for professionals who are looking for concrete answers to their challenges in developing skills and animating their communities of learners through digital learning.

This new edition will take an expert look at the trends of the future of learning (AI, Metaverse, Neurosciences,…). You will find, around the Martian team, a panel of renowned speakers in their field of choice, from the world of consulting, business or research.

Vincent DESNOT, CEO of Teach on Mars

Biography :
A passionate entrepreneur in the world of digital training, Vincent created Epistema in 2000, one of the first LMS in Europe, and sold it to the Crossknowledge group in 2009. In 2011/2012, he sailed around the Atlantic Ocean with his family and came back with the conviction that the smartphone can give a larger part of the world’s population access to training. In 2013, he founded Teach on Mars to develop a modern, mobile-first learning app that is useful every day in the field to increase skills. Recording double-digit growth since its inception, Teach on Mars is now recognized by analyst Fosway as the leader of “mobile-learning” in Europe.

Biography :
Jérôme started his career at Capgemini in the 90’s, working on exciting projects such as Artere (EDF) and the National library of France. In 1998, he joined Bertelsmann as Product Manager for BOL.com in NYC, discovering the joy and pain of competing against amazon.com. He then spent the following 15 years in startups and in the publishing industry, as CTO, Head of Operations or Head of Digital. In 2013, with the Digital Transformation agenda taking off in many companies, Jérôme decided to join again Capgemini, with the ambition to use his experience and expertise in digital ventures to build new and innovative business models and platforms with Capgemini clients. He is today in charge of building a business platform for Car Connected Services with a major European Car manufacturer. Jérôme is passionate about fast, disruptive innovation and all the skills required to orchestrate it (Lean Startup, ideation, business models & pricing, growth hacking, digital marketing, continuous delivery, DevOps, highly scalable architecture, Cloud) and the AI revolution, which is finally taking off, 25 years after he built his first neural networks as a student.

Discussions on the interest and effectiveness of Nudge and the application of behavioral sciences in the context of training: presentation of Nudge, sharing of examples of possible uses and application cases.


Biography :
Étienne BRESSOUD is co-founder and managing director of BVA Nudge Consulting, and co-founder of the Nudge France association. He is one of the pioneers of the use of behavioral economics and Nudge in France. A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, with a degree in economics and management and a doctorate in management science, he was a lecturer at the University of Paris 8 for ten years before joining the BVA Group in 2011. He has been providing training to professionals for several years, and has created the B.E. Wiser coaching and training platform. His background as a teacher-researcher and trainer has given him a real passion for behavioral sciences applied to initial and ongoing training.

Agnès Montenvert has recognized expertise in training and development of business and managerial skills. Her varied experience as a consultant for more than 20 years with French and international clients has given her a good understanding of training and transformation issues within companies. She created the “Deloitte Partner Training” department and then “Deloitte Learning & Development”, a training organization dedicated to Deloitte clients. She manages a team of more than 15 people specialized in training. She is also a certified coach and assists executives in all their issues.

She was ranked in the 100 French people who make AI by Usine Nouvelle and is part of the Google Developer Expert community in machine learning. Her first book is a collaboration on artificial intelligence and neuroscience (“Learning tomorrow” – Dunod edition). Her second book, more technical, is about Deep Learning (“Machine Learning using TensorFlow cookbook” – Packt edition).
