Connecting solutions to needs
At Teach on Mars, we’re sticking to a tried and tested formula… For the fourth year in a row, the Martians will return to the Solutions RH/eLearning Expo for three days of discussions, talks and workshops on the future of Learning & Development.
On 21 March, we invite you to a special workshop: “Mobile Learning: How can we adapt training to a changing world, and reconnect solutions to needs?” which will take place in the Turner Room at 2 p.m.
How can we encourage employees to get involved and be proactive in their professional development? How can we meet their operational needs? One thing is certainly clear: in today’s world, conventional training is no longer attractive to employees because it feels out of synch with their needs and isn’t sufficiently adapted to changes in the corporate world. Companies are therefore naturally embracing mobile learning, as it more closely reflects the daily habits of their employees, and turns the smartphone into an essential tool for supporting their employability.
Leading specialists Sébastien Lasarte, Customer Solution Manager at Teach on Mars, and Anne Saez, Training Manager at Axa, will share with you their substantive experience working with these new learning approaches, along with valuable insights on what’s good to do and the things to be avoided.
