As part of the process of us becoming referenced with some major international groups, Teach on Mars had to be assessed by an independent ratings agency. This has now been done and we are pleased to announce that at the end of the July we made our entry into the Early Metrics rankings of start-ups and SMEs, placing directly in the Top 5%!

Early Metrics is the leading ratings agency for start-ups and SMEs. Launched in 2014, this “start-up ratings machine” is both independent and neutral which makes it a trusted point of reference for nearly 80% of companies on France’s CAC40. The market leader in the evaluation of the growth potential of innovative start-ups and SMEs, the agency examines non-financial criteria (key factors for success of the project, expected qualities of the entrepreneur(s), capacity for export abroad, etc.) to bring more transparency to an ecosystem of start-ups that is sometimes difficult to make sense of. Major groups can in this way more easily distinguish the start-up that is going to become a true benchmark from one that is going to fall by the wayside in the space of a few months, by referring to the agency’s rating reports when deciding whether to enter into a relationship with a start-up.

The “doors are now open” then for Teach on Mars to do business with some of the small number of major groups who we are not yet working with!

Last but not least, as to the question of whether “Teach on Mars” is still a start-up?, we are going to have to play our Joker, on the strength of our 6 years in existence and our team of 80 Martians devoted to ensuring the projects of our 130 key account customers are a success…
