p\u00e9dagogie et au Digital Learning<\/h2>\n<p>Le Bahut a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en septembre 2020 \u00e0 Lyon port\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de <a href=\"https:\/\/sydo.fr\/\">Sydo<\/a>, agence de conseil en p\u00e9dagogie.<\/p>\n<p><em>????Conseil de l\u2019Academy :<\/em> n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 suivre <a href=\"https:\/\/sydologie.com\/\">Sydologie<\/a>, leur magazine de veille p\u00e9dagogique, une vraie mine d\u2019or.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que forts de plus de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en p\u00e9dagogie, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a ouvert la toute <strong>premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux m\u00e9tiers de la conception de formations digitales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le Bahut propose 2 formats de formation permettant d\u2019adresser des profils vari\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>des formations courtes<\/strong> pour les personnes en poste permettant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir rapidement les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la conception et la r\u00e9alisation de formations efficaces ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>une formation longue<\/strong>, un an en alternance (5 semaines en entreprise et 1 semaine en formation) pour apprendre \u00e0 concevoir, r\u00e9aliser et d\u00e9ployer des formations pr\u00e9sentielles et distancielles.<br \/>\nC\u2019est aupr\u00e8s des alternant\u00b7es en formation longue que notre \u00e9quipe est intervenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Une journ\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la transmission<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour la 3e ann\u00e9e de partenariat avec le Bahut,<\/strong> l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Teach on Mars a eu le plaisir d\u2019animer une journ\u00e9e de transmission aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es de l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons structur\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e en trois temps forts :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les bases du Mobile Learning<\/li>\n<li>Prise en main de la solution Teach on Mars<\/li>\n<li>Conception de leur propre formation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019au cours de cette journ\u00e9e, nous avons form\u00e9 25 \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de la solution Teach on Mars et les avons accompagn\u00e9s dans le processus de la conception de leur formation en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pimenter la derni\u00e8re partie et le livrable attendu, nous avons demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es de<strong> cr\u00e9er une formation sur la solution Teach on Mars avec les contraintes suivantes : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">th\u00e9matique de la formation :<\/span> les violences sexistes et sexuelles (vss) en milieu festif<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">cible de la formation :<\/span> toutes les personnes habilit\u00e9es \u00e0 recevoir du public (accueil, barman\u00b7aid, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles festivalier\u00b7\u00e8res, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">objectif de la formation :<\/span> pr\u00e9venir les violences de ce type et donner un guide pour agir lorsqu\u2019on y est confront\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">contraintes format :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>formation sur l\u2019appli Teach on Mars<\/li>\n<li>utilisant les codes du storytelling<\/li>\n<li>au moins deux modules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Les livrables des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es<\/h2>\n<p>Rapidement \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec la solution, les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es sont parvenu\u00b7es <strong>\u00e0 cr\u00e9er en quelques heures des formations percutantes, cr\u00e9atives et didactiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici par exemple une formation cr\u00e9\u00e9e par un des groupes pour sensibiliser les apprenant\u00b7es sur le concept de dette sexuelle (un sentiment d&rsquo;obligation sexuelle alors que l&rsquo;envie n\u2019y est pas).<br \/>\nPour cela, ils ont imagin\u00e9 une formation ax\u00e9e autour d\u2019un rdv entre deux personnes qui se rencontrent dans un bar apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur Tinder.<br \/>\nLe sch\u00e9ma narratif \u00e9tant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Situation initiale : les protagonistes \u00e9changent sur Tinder.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment perturbateur : ils d\u00e9cident de se rencontrer<\/li>\n<li>Actions : rencontre dans un bar<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment perturbateur 2 : le personnage f\u00e9minin souhaite rentrer chez elle.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9solution : retour chez elle, comportement appropri\u00e9 du personnage masculin<\/li>\n<li>Situation finale : les deux personnages rentrent chez eux sans qu\u2019un comportement ait pu nuire au consentement de l\u2019autre.<\/li>\n<li>Le choix des activit\u00e9s a permis de nourrir l\u2019histoire et d\u2019ajouter des touches interactives avec :<\/li>\n<li>un mobile course pour cr\u00e9er la rencontre entre les deux personnages avec notamment une capture d\u2019\u00e9cran de leur discussion<\/li>\n<li>un training game proposant plusieurs situations, l\u2019apprenant\u00b7e doit choisir la plus appropri\u00e9e pour ne pas tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge de la dette sexuelle.<br \/>\n<em>Exemple : XXX veut rentrer chez
