Beaucoup de personnes ont vu les piliers de leurs motivations au travail largement perturb\u00e9s notamment pour ceux qui trouvaient dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe un v\u00e9ritable moteur. Le travail \u00e0 distance a pour certains mis \u00e0 mal les motivations que l&rsquo;on trouvait au travail.
