L&rsquo;apprenant peut dor\u00e9navant choisir son\u00a0d\u00e9lai entre 2 sessions de formation : un jour, deux, ou davantage, en incluant ou pas les week-ends.<\/p>\n<p>Le rythme de formation sera d\u00e9fini pour\u00a0chaque nouvelle formation entam\u00e9e, et pourra \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 plus tard \u00e0 tout moment par l&rsquo;apprenant, qui devient le pilote de sa\u00a0propre r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Elle permet aux formateurs de responsabiliser les utilisateurs en leur proposant\u00a0d&rsquo;optimiser leur temps de formation.<\/h6>\n<p>L&rsquo;autonomie des apprenants en est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et pousse ceux-ci\u00a0vers l&rsquo;accomplissement de leurs\u00a0formations.\u00a0En plus de la personnalisation du rythme de formation, Teach on Mars propose\u00a0une option microleaning.
