C\u2019est en tous cas les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.landesk.com\/fr\/company\/press-releases\/2014\/les-entreprises-%C3%A9conomisent-180-000-%E2%82%AC-sur-5-ans-avec-le-byod\/?langtype=1033&amp;clangtype=1036\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Landesk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 3 000 responsables d\u2019entreprises au Royaume-Uni, en France et en Allemagne. Cette \u00e9tude montre que 81% des entreprises autorisent leurs salari\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler avec leurs propres devices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est vrai que le BYOD est aujourd\u2019hui rendu possible par <\/span><b>l\u2019explosion du <\/b><b>taux d\u2019\u00e9quipement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> des salari\u00e9s, notamment concernant les smartphones et les tablettes. Les collaborateurs ont en effet, pour la plupart, un \u00e9quipement personnel moderne et si l\u2019on parle des smartphones, beaucoup plus accessibles que l\u2019outil professionnel parfois trop limitant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.17.3&Prime; _module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2><b>Quel int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les entreprises ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les principales raisons pour lesquelles les entreprises autoriseraient de plus en plus leurs salari\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser leurs propres \u00e9quipements ne sont, en revanche, pas toujours tr\u00e8s explicites. Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude de Landesk, la source principale de d\u00e9veloppement du BYOD tient aux \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par la DSI ou la Direction des achats en termes de maintenance ou d\u2019achats de nouveaux mat\u00e9riels. Il est clair que pour les entreprises ne plus avoir \u00e0 fournir un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone professionnel \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs est une \u00e9conomie non-n\u00e9gligeable, m\u00eame si elle pose le sujet de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Un facteur de motivation pour les collaborateurs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autres facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la motivation et donc \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s sont en faveur du BYOD. Les salari\u00e9s peuvent ainsi travailler pendant le temps des transports, les moments de transition (attente au d\u00e9but d\u2019une r\u00e9union, etc.) ou chez eux et seraient davantage motiv\u00e9s pour travailler sur leur outil personnel qu\u2019ils ma\u00eetrisent parfaitement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certains process de travail gagneraient \u00e9galement en fluidit\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une\u00a0 meilleure communication et une information disponible en permanence sur soi. Cette flexibilit\u00e9 a modifi\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment les usages et la fa\u00e7on de travailler et questionne bien s\u00fbr l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie personnelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut admettre qu\u2019avec les nouvelles habitudes de consommation, l\u2019apog\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e8re smartphone ainsi que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le BYOD avait toutes les chances d\u2019exploser. C\u2019est aussi et surtout un moyen de former des personnes en mobilit\u00e9 et qui aujourd\u2019hui ne sont pas dot\u00e9es de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones professionnels (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/formation-forces-vente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vendeurs en boutique<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/blog\/2022\/01\/formation-professionnels-deplacement-secteurs-transport-logistique-btp-sante-tourisme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personnel naviguant<\/a>, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On le disait donc plus t\u00f4t, le BYOD soul\u00e8ve beaucoup de questionnements :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d\u2019abord, \u00e0 propos des risques importants li\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es d\u2019entreprise.
