It also provides practical guidance and best practices for successful and compliant recruitment interviews via concrete examples and detailed methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective? Embed non-discriminatory recruitment techniques and improve efficiency at each stage of the recruitment process. More specifically, the target is those employees working for organisations of more than 300 staff, where this training has now become a legal requirement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2 \/ Why this topic?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>First and foremost, it&#8217;s about enabling our clients to obtain compliance with the new legislation, which includes a legal requirement to train staff in non-discriminatory recruitment techniques. Beyond that, our conviction is that compulsory training can also be compelling, engaging and elegantly designed!
