After highlighting the Best Course, Best Integration and Best Launch, we now turn our attention to the <strong>Best Campaign category<\/strong>, that spotlights the most engaging and creatively animated initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury\u2019s decision was guided by three main criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>campaign strategy<\/strong>, evaluated based on its ability to mobilise employees and bring meaning to the initiative,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Execution<\/strong>, measured by the clarity of the initiative, the creativity of the formats and the coherence of the communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>overall impact<\/strong>, assessed by level of engagement, the emergence of new learning dynamics and the strength of the emotional connection with the brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, <strong>Valmont<\/strong> won the prize with its ambitious and federating campaign, <strong>Let\u2019s Celebrate Passion<\/strong>. We take a closer look at the key elements of this inspiring initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-winner\">THE WINNER<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>For the last 40 years, the Swiss premium cosmetics brand, <strong>Valmont<\/strong> has blended <strong>cutting-edge scientific innovation<\/strong> with a <strong>refined sensory experience<\/strong>. Renowned for its anti-aging expertise and its exceptional cellular skincare, the brand is now present in more than 55 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To train its field teams and guarantee an expert client discourse, Valmont leverages ValmontCube, the mobile learning application it launched in 2021. Designed as a core business tool, the application helps beauty advisors and spa therapists to develop mastery of the brand\u2019s products, ingredients and scientific expertise. It was a powerful moment, ideal for reengaging the learner community and celebrating their loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The<strong> Let\u2019s Celebrate Passion<\/strong> campaign was designed as a learning-driven competition, combining pedagogy, emotion and recognition. The goals were multiple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recognise<\/strong> the most loyal learners,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reengage<\/strong> inactive users,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Boost<\/strong> overall app traffic,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And <strong>strengthen<\/strong> the emotional bond between teams and the brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To add even greater value to the campaign, Valmont offered an <strong>exceptional prize<\/strong>: a two-day Valmont Urban Getaway in one of the Group\u2019s iconic residences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-collective-mobilisation\">Collective mobilisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign\u2019s success was built on a true <strong>team effort<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the field trainers identified and supported \u201cdormant\u201d learners (registered on the app, but not recently logged in),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the sales teams promoted the competition within markets,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>head office designed the learning content and orchestrated the global rollout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaborative approach anchored the campaign both locally and globally; strengthening its impact and credibility among participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-two-stage-execution\">TWO-STAGE EXECUTION<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge was structured around a <strong>two-stage journey<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revision<\/strong>: for 6 weeks, learners revised and consolidated their knowledge through eight core brand rituals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certification<\/strong>: a final quiz, designed as a certification, validating their overall understanding.
