We aim to simplify concepts that are often regarded as abstract and to turn them into practical tools to use in work. You will gain an in-depth understanding of learning mechanisms and some concrete ideas for optimising your own pedagogical strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-54ed12bb836bc559dcaee66c63bf2cd6\">Subjects in the 2024-2025\u00a0edition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Session#1 &#8211; Theories of human memory and practical applications\u00a0<\/strong><br>Explore how memory and memorising mechanisms work, in order to design more effective educational content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Session #2 &#8211; The science of engagement \u2013 motivate your learners<\/strong><br>Learn how to identify and stimulate learners\u2019 motivation to promote lasting engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Session #3 &#8211; Design inclusive learning environments \u2013 from theory to practice<\/strong><br>Discover proven methods for creating welcoming learning spaces, tailored to different target groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Session #4 &#8211; <\/strong>Semiotics \u2013 reading the signs<br>An introduction to the principles of semiotics and their impact on communication and understanding in a learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1cae127eafcfe9222069c0a15c74da0d\">Provisional dates for the Learning Insights sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuesday 10th December 2024 \u2013 3 p.m.-4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesday 11th March 2025 &#8211; 3 p.m.-4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesday 10th June 2025 &#8211; 3 p.m.-4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesday 9th September 2025 &#8211; 3 p.m.-4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to sharing these new insights with you and helping to enhance your educational practices.
