To achieve this, we recommend deploying an email campaign in September to promote the app.<br \/>\nYou can combine the digital campaign with a print version and print out flyers or posters for the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few poster ideas to put up in the break room\/reception\/meeting room to galvanise your learners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>quiz<\/strong> \u2192 question with 3 possible answers and the response to be found in the associated course,<\/li>\n<li><strong>anecdote\/fun fact<\/strong> \u2192 taken from a course\/communication,<\/li>\n<li><strong>verbatim<\/strong> \u2192 an employee\u2019s profile with their opinion about the app\/their favourite course, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-40018 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/EN-quiz-1024x577.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/EN-quiz-980x552.png 980w, https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/EN-quiz-480x270.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Back-to-work event?<\/h1>\n<p>You can also use the back-to-work period to create an in-app event such as a competition, a challenge, or a focus on\u2026<br \/>\nFor example, you can create a \u2018revision\u2019 competition with the main courses of 2023 and a large-scale quiz to test learners\u2019 knowledge of these topics.<\/p>\n<p>You can also propose a back-to-work event, with an onus on soft skills for a chilled return to work, i.e two weeks centred around wellbeing in the workplace: stress management, disconnecting, remote working, and so on.<\/p>\n<p>You can also create an event to bring your teams together i.e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>team challenge<\/strong> \u2192 training course to follow in-app; the team with the most points wins,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>job-specific challenge<\/strong> \u2192 provide one or more courses to discover employees\u2019 daily lives with job-specific quizzes for example.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We hope that these tips will help you to re-dynamise your learners and kick off the new year of study with success!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s back-to-work time!
