Allow us tell you more about this feature, which is sure to facilitate and streamline your learners\u2019 experiences.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Learning Paths<span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 26px;\"> for a successful learner experience<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>The importance of signposting learning paths<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In e-learning, unlike in classroom training sessions, learners often work completely independently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to offer them an effective experience, learning paths must therefore be signposted, clear and consistent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Learner benefits<\/strong> are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visualising the end goal from the outset;<\/li>\n<li>Discovering intermediate steps at a glance;<\/li>\n<li>Becoming more independent;<\/li>\n<li>Tracking progress throughout the entire path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Trainer benefits<\/strong> are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delineating a full training path;<\/li>\n<li>Setting the course tempo;<\/li>\n<li>Covering a wide range of skills and concepts;<\/li>\n<li>Assessing learners throughout the path;<\/li>\n<li>Tracking learners\u2019 overall progress via a dedicated tracking tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teach on Mars introduces its latest <strong><em>Learning Paths <\/em>feature<\/strong> dedicated to effective learning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Learning Paths<\/em>, instructions for use<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Learning Paths<\/em> enable you to create personalised and signposted training paths.<\/p>\n<p><em>Learning Paths<\/em> can be built around a wide variety of topics: focus on a product range, a subject, per level of expertise, as part of onboarding, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One golden rule before building a Learning Path:<br \/>\nProperly define and describe the pedagogical objective of your <em>Learning path<\/em>, its steps, rhythm (date, blocking up to completion, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And if you want to make the <em>Learning Path<\/em> certified, don\u2019t forget the final training session for certification purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When learners open their <em>Learning Path<\/em>, they discover a course consisting of training sessions or recommendation quizzes. They can proceed at their own pace and track their progress on two levels: within each block and overall, for the whole path.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key steps for creating an effective <em>Learning Path<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>target the training sessions or recommendation quizzes you wish to place in your course (N.B: they must already be <u>published<\/u>). We recommend a minimum of 3 \u201csteps\u201d. Of course, we recommend using pre-existing content.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> select a relevant and logical sequence for your various pedagogical building blocks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> customise the course introduction. We recommend making the pedagogical aims and overall duration clear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>if required, configure the opening dates for your courses (start and end date) in order to set the course tempo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: if required, configure the conditions for opening certain course building blocks with the possibility of unblocking a step using a code or by successfully completing the previous step.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> share the course with learners.
