That said, the sector is strong and resilient, and 2022 is set to offer an opportunity to prove this once again.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we discuss the situation over coffee, professional training stakeholders usually express optimism and tend to view this time as a wonderful opportunity to reshape the profession and to innovate. They have been buoyed by the swift recovery of in-class training and the accelerated maturity of companies when it comes to digital, phygital and hybrid training, in short multimodal training, which is well-known but which has suddenly received a new lease of life!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are a training organisation, a consulting firm or a digital agency and you have yet to move over to digital training, here\u2019s some expert advice.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_video src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=k_SD0Dbnhzc&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_video][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||38px|||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. \u201cGet trainers involved with the roll-out\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amandine Tugal-Th\u00e9on &#8211;\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/cabinet-emprise.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cabinet Emprise<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Struck by forced unemployment or obliged to accept digitised practices, trainers have often suffered due to the situation. It is high time <strong>they were included in the digital movement in a positive and constructive manner<\/strong>. The \u201cpleasure\u201d approach, which highlights the advantages of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/en\/blog\/2022\/02\/digital-learning-glossary-all-the-key-definitions\/\">blended<\/a> learning, is a great deal more efficient when we take the time to do things properly. Training providers therefore have much to gain by including trainers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. \u201cNo method works well alone\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u00e9r\u00f4me Wargnier &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/alberonpartners.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alberon Partners<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pay attention not to use new words to describe existing practices<\/strong> or worse, wax lyrical about a new practice which dismisses all the others. Digital expansion is a wonderful opportunity, but it should always be at the core of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/en\/blog\/2022\/03\/blended-working-supporting-hybrid-working-with-a-mobile-learning-application\/\">blended-learning<\/a> approach with high added value. Training providers should always think blended.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe all chose this profession out of sheer passion and over time we\u2019ve forgotten this concept\u2026at Alb\u00e9ron we\u2019re breathing fresh life into it! Generosity and humanity take centre stage in our projects; we want individuals to prosper in their jobs through training\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. \u201cUse a key-in-hand, high-quality offer and a modern and robust platform\u201d <\/span><\/i><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">David Raymond &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsday.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Skillsday<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s be honest, digital learning can be complicated, that\u2019s why you need to be efficient, save time and avoid mishaps. If <strong>good content already exists<\/strong> and is ready to use, you may as well save your energy and preserve your investment for organising your roll-out, and opt for blended learning and in particular, <strong>individual synchronous or group sessions<\/strong> with a high added value. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. \u201cTraining now addresses the entire ecosystem of the extended company<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/i><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amandine Mayer &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempoandco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tempo&amp;Co<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Middlemen, distributors, retailers, partners, suppliers and, of course, customers! The target of courses is expanding as fast as the ease with which they can be built and disseminated. Final customers, often over-solicited by digital marketing and viral ads, can show renewed interest in a brand and its products if they perceive an advantage in terms of learning and skills development for their daily activities. It is no longer just trainees who can benefit from access to training, it\u2019s the training provider\u2019s entire ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. \u201cRecreate ties, to keep people as the central focus of digital technology\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cl\u00e9mence Navarron &#8211; Mademoiselle Scarlett &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makheia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Groupe Makh\u00e9ia<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Immersive, on-boarding days and integration seminars are finding it hard to recover to pre-covid levels. Maintaining ties is crucial for working relations.
