For this to happen, we involve them in the earliest stages of development, as we consider and design the features.<\/p>\n<h2>Listening to our customers&#8217; expectations<\/h2>\n<p>Since its creation in 2013, Teach on Mars has been developing its products and its new features in consultation with its customers. This has resulted in learning content recommendation, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/en\/blog\/2017\/09\/wall-help-your-learners-get-into-the-habit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wall<\/a> and its <em>like<\/em>, <em>share<\/em> and <em>comment<\/em> options, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/en\/blog\/2018\/07\/web-activities-enter-the-teach-on-mars-galaxy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">integration of third-party content<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachonmars.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/12\/combining-training-incentives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gift store<\/a> and many other features besides.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, we asked a panel of customers to give us their opinion about the interface of our latest Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) educational game. More recently, other explorer customers have been looking at interface enhancements planned for early 2021. Thinking about improvements? A missing feature? Teach on Mars customers can access our feedback portal to share their ideas and vote for others. This portal guides our thinking and helps prioritize the next features in our roadmap.<\/p>\n<p>For example, scheduling the sending of communications on the application\u2019s Wall has received 44 votes since it was first submitted 8 months ago.
